As we navigate new and ongoing projects, we need someone at the heart of the studio who enjoys the energy of a fast paced creatively driven environment. This position requires someone organised, detailed and resourceful who can pitch in where needed to help keep us on track. This will include coordinating between clients and the creative team as well as the day-to-day studio tasks that keep the cogs turning.

What we're looking for

  • An interest in the work we do and the clients we look after
  • Experience in a branding/design/web studio
  • Good organisation skills for scheduling and managing project timelines
  • Good communication skills (proficient writer, articulate, and a good listener)
  • Can provide a personable and friendly service
  • Ability to manage team members’ time and resources
  • Ability to delegate tasks in a clear and organised manner
  • Can manage difficult or awkward discussions/negotiations with diplomacy
  • Sensitive and proactive approach to team members’ mental health and morale
  • Can keep the big picture in mind whilst overseeing details

Tasks

  • Note taking in meetings
  • General studio maintenance (recycling, stocking, managing a weekly clean up)
  • Invoicing + invoice reminders
  • Bill/invoice payments
  • Budgeting
  • Negotiating small to mid level job costings + timescales
  • Helping the directors and team manage client comms and emails
  • Collecting and managing client content (for websites and print rollout)
  • Manage our shared Google Calendar, Google spreadsheets, and Dropbox
  • Organising studio socials
  • General administrative tasks such as travel and event tickets
